The fourth trimester

“Just do your Kegels” isn’t a plan.

After birth, most of us are handed a leaflet and a good-luck. But your body did something extraordinary — and it deserves a real, gentle plan, not guesswork.

Leaking when you laugh · a core that feels far away · heaviness · not quite yourself yet

How Mendae works

Good to know

When can I start?

Once your provider has cleared you for gentle activity. Mendae begins with breathing and connection — the calmest possible starting point — and builds from there.

Is it okay after a C-section?

Yes. You tell us how you delivered during setup, and we keep the early weeks gentle. Always move at your own pace and stop if anything hurts.

How much time does it take?

About five minutes a day. Short, consistent sessions are how recovery actually happens — not the occasional long workout.

What if I’m 6 or 12 months postpartum?

It’s never too late. Recovery isn’t on a deadline — Mendae meets you wherever your body is right now.
